KERAMAT WANGSA AU2

This is a project involving a 2-storey corner lot terrace house that is proposed to be renovated into a 3-storey terrace house. The design concept comes from the GBD logo itself as the resident of this house is the owner of GBD Sdn. Bhd. The logo shape is implemented into the floor plan layout.

To extend a new house unit which reflected its branding through the exploration of new ways of working and environmentally friendly initiatives. This new extension was accommodate Dato Ar. Puteh Kamariah Mohamad siblings.

As GBD aiming for a green & sustainable building design, this house are using a lot of green features such as green roof, the use of solar panels, foldable louvers panels, rainwater harvesting system, water features and cross ventilation.
